Job Title: Contract Radiology Technician

Location: Coleman, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technician to join our team in Coleman, FL. This position involves working within a government contract setting, providing high-quality radiologic services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
– Operate General Electric and/or Konica Minolta machines to capture high-quality images.
– Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
– Collaborate with medical staff to interpret radiologic findings and assist in patient diagnosis.
– Maintain and troubleshoot radiologic equipment as needed.
– Adhere to safety standards and radiation protection protocols.
– Provide compassionate care and support to patients during imaging procedures.
– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the imaging area.

Qualifications:
– ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
– Florida State License as a Radiologic Technologist.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiology Technician.
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
– Familiarity with General Electric and/or Konica Minolta imaging equipment is preferred.
– Ability to pass a background and credit check.
