Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Primary Care Center in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will support providers and patients across routine and preventative care, chronic condition management, and wellness visits. What You’ll Do:
– Conduct nursing assessments for well visits and sick visits in a primary care setting
– Assist providers with physical exams, procedures, and treatment planning
– Administer immunizations and vaccinations per clinical protocols
– Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives
– Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR
– Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices

What We’re Looking For:
– Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
– 1+ year of RN experience
