Job Responsibilities:
– Manage patient admissions, discharges, and medications
– Provide routine and emergency care per physician orders
– Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
– Supervise Behavioral Health Assistants
– Ensure all services meet Joint Commission and internal quality standards

Qualifications:
– Valid and clean Florida RN license
– ASN or BSN degree in Nursing
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in medical-surgical and/or psychiatric nursing preferred
